The Country Sales Director will play a key role in expanding market presence and driving large-scale engagements with top-tier banks across Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for digital banking, transformation, and ML/AI services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation contract closure.
  • Build C-level and senior decision-maker relationships across the BFSI sector.

Market Expansion

  • Expand business in Vietnam and selected APAC markets (initially Vietnam + regional coverage).
  • Develop market entry tactics for future countries such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore.

Client Relationship Management

  • Lead relationship-based sales activities, client networking, and engagement events.
  • Maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key BFSI clients.

Account Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery, presales, and solution teams to tailor offerings for clients.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and alignment with business targets.

The Successful Applicant


  • 8+ years track record in enterprise-level sales, account management, or senior IT roles across banking, financial services, or technology consulting.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience delivering IT Services and Consulting solutions.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong, proven network with banks in Vietnam or APAC-especially direct access to decision makers.
  • Experience selling IT outsourcing / IT services to BFSI clients.
  • Successful track record managing enterprise-level deals in an international or multicultural environment.
