Job Description
As Sales Manager/Country Leader of each local country, this role will lead our products expanding food retail(modern trade retailers) & food service chain, overseeing all aspects of retail/key account & distributor operations, partner engagement & management, brand building and financial performance, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail/food service/partner/distributor management, new business development, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
l Formulate practical market strategies to improve product visibility and sales performance through sale & marketing promotion and brand positioning
l Explore/Establish New Category/Product Introduction
l By collaborating with local partner/distributor, drive high-level business negotiations and overseas strategic expansion across all channels, ensuring optimal market penetration
l Overseas distributor management and expand distribution channels(Modern Trade Retailer & Food Service) to enhance market coverage
l Recruit new distributor/partner for expansion
l Develop key accounts within Modern Trade Retailer(Priority) & Food Service/B2B Customers

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a dynamic/ individual with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. To thrive in this role, you must possess:
l A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university
l A minimum of over 10 years of working experience in sales, with a deep understanding of F&B grocery retail channel/Food Service and retailer & distributor management(FMCG experience must)
l Exceptional leadership and communication skills
l High Proficiency in English(Must) or Korean and native local language/local citizen(Must)
l A passion for innovation and a drive for continuous improvement
