Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all retail operations in Vietnam, including direct stores, key account (KA) channels, and e-commerce, ensuring smooth daily execution and strong sales performance.
  • Develop and implement localized business strategies in line with headquarters direction, driving scalable and sustainable market growth.
  • Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, manage store efficiency, team productivity, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, Product, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.
  • Drive business development, including identifying new channels, partnerships, and store expansion plans in the local market.
  • Represent the company externally, managing relationships with malls, local partners, and regulatory bodies to enhance brand presence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing local team, promoting corporate culture, employee engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Report regularly to headquarters on business performance, market insights, and key challenges, providing actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a senior management position within retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of the local retail environment, customer behavior, and operational best practices.
  • Solid experience in multi-channel retail management (offline, online, KA) with a strong track record of driving store performance and operational efficiency.
  • Familiar with Vietnam's consumer goods or toy market is a plus; candidates with extensive retail network resources (malls, department stores, e-commerce) will be highly valued.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams; experience working in a multinational environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership, execution, and communication skills, capable of building high-performing teams.
  • Working proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • High standards of integrity, operational discipline, and professional maturity.
