We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic leader to take on a Country Head position, leading the overall business operations, sales & marketing strategy, and organizational growth in Vietnam

- Full P&L ownership and business leadership responsibility
- Lead and develop high-performing Sales & Marketing teams
- Drive sustainable business growth and transformation initiatives
- Manage a multi-channel commercial business across prescription and consumer portfolios
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships across the market
- Opportunity to play a key role in regional expansion plans
Ideal Background
- 15+ years within Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare
- Strong experience in General Management / BU Leadership
- Exposure across Ethical, OTC, and/or Consumer Healthcare portfolios
- Proven track record leading commercial teams and delivering growth
- Strong strategic thinking and people leadership capability
