Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales organization, develop strategic customer partnerships, strengthen distribution channels, and execute go-to-market strategies across retail, e-commerce, and key account channels.
  • Develop and execute the Singapore sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives
  • Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, pricing strategies, promotional programs, and joint business plans.
  • Drive growth across online marketplaces and digital sales channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and enhance capabilities.
  • Drive sales forecasting accuracy, demand planning, and inventory optimization in collaboration with supply chain teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support product launches and portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business
  • At least 10 years of experience in Consumer Electronics Sector
  • Strong experience in Singapore Market
