We are hiring an experienced and commercially driven Country Head of Project Delivery & Installation to lead nationwide elevator/escalator project execution and installation operations in Vietnam.
This role is responsible for operational performance, project profitability, installation quality, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and team leadership across all installation and modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead nationwide project delivery and installation operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality/safety standards.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project KPIs, installation performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop project managers, installation teams, and contractors.
- Build a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key clients.
- Handle critical project issues and customer escalations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Manage project P&L, operational budgets, and installation costs.
- Support business growth and operational strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in project delivery, installation, or operations management within the elevator/escalator industry.
- Strong leadership experience in multinational elevator companies preferred.
- Proven track record managing large-scale installation projects and nationwide operations.
- Strong people management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of project management, installation processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Commercially driven with strong operational and strategic capability.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred age: 40+.
