Job Description

This position is responsible for providing mental health and psychosocial support to all employeesto enhance wellbeing, resilience, and workplace engagement.

Job Description:

Build trusting relationships and provide counselling (in person, phone, online).

Develop and implement counselling intervention plans.

Conduct wellbeing & counselling induction for new employees.

Create learning programs and case-based training to strengthen employees mental preparedness.

Support employee retention by addressing work and personal issues.

Provide a safe space for employees to share concerns; strengthen relationship-management skills.

Meet regularly with unit leaders to discuss mental health trends and recommend solutions.

Provide summaries of mental health challenges and PSS data insights.

Handle cases of workplace violence/harassment and support rehabilitation processes.

Promote organizational values and WOW initiatives through counselling support.

Assist in designing and delivering wellbeing programs for all employee levels.

Develop programs for vulnerable employee groups.

Build partnerships with external mental health service providers and create referral networks.

Support e-counselling platforms and innovate new access channels.

Develop counselling standards (process, documentation, ethics, follow-up, records).

Advocate for mental health and overall employee wellbeing across the organization.

Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

Fluent in Vietnamese

Good in English communication

Diploma in Counselling (minimum 100150 hours practicum).

Degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Medicine, Nutrition, HR, or related fields.

Postgraduate studies in Counselling/Psychotherapy/Psychology is an advantage

12 years of counselling practice.

Experience in corporate counselling is preferred.

Specializations (e.g., addiction, reproductive health, family therapy, industrial counselling) are a plus.

Knowledge of mental health diagnosis (DSM-5).

Strong counselling intervention and documentation skills.

Understanding of counselling ethics (ACA).

Knowledge of family, cyber, and criminal laws.

Industrial & work engagement psychology.

Excellent communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
