JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide accurate, timely financial and management reports to support the Board of Directors in operational decision-making.
Deliver cost and performance data to evaluate the efficiency of each factory and department.
Ensure product costing aligns with approved material, labor, and overhead standards.
Monitor and optimize material and equipment usage to prevent waste and inefficiencies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Management Accounting
Prepare periodic management reports in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and control expenses based on approved budgets for the Company and its factories.
Analyze and compare cost and management expenses over time to identify variances.
Work with factories and departments to monitor material usage, fixed and variable costs, and propose corrective actions.
Support cost-saving initiatives and monitor implementation to achieve financial efficiency goals.
Participate in annual budgeting and cost planning; review input costs, standard rates, and ensure all expenses are properly recorded and verifiable.
Support sales pricing, revenue forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Analyze financial indicators and cost components in production and technology changes to support management decisions.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Cost Accounting
Supervise and manage inventory, fixed assets, tools, and surplus materials in production in compliance with accounting principles.
Guide and monitor warehouse staff in maintaining inventory records, stock cards, and documentation accuracy. Conduct periodic stock checks to detect and adjust discrepancies.
Review import/export warehouse documents related to production; post accounting entries for production-related transactions (labor, fixed assets, etc.).
Collaborate with production statistics teams to update and verify production reports for cost calculation purposes.
Calculate production costs and cost of goods sold based on material, labor, and depreciation standards.
Monitor material and equipment usage to detect and report any irregularities or inefficiencies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing.
Foreign language: Intermediate English proficiency (Level B or above); able to communicate effectively.
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software.
Knowledge: Solid accounting expertise, strong understanding of financial and legal compliance.
Skills: Negotiation, communication, teamwork, and independent working ability.
Experience: At least 3 consecutive years of experience in accounting or auditing.
