Cost Controller

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost management across our hospitality portfolio in Phú Quốc.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage costs.
• Conduct inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
• Analyze purchasing trends and cost variances.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
• Prepare cost reports and recommendations.
• Support menu costing and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of Cost Control experience within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage costing.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
