Oversee the management control of the entities within their scope: distribute and verify the application of the management control rules defined by Administrative and Financial Director and draw up specific procedures.
Maintain, improve and optimise the management control methods and the assigned resources.
Maintain an efficient team and sustain motivation.
Prepare and oversee all the files for the statutory auditors.
Prepare and oversee the budget and revised forecasts: establish the annual forecasts, perform monthly monitoring and prepare the requested indicators.
Analyse and verify expenditure in the controlled scope, look for and analyse deviations and supervise the action plans.
Inform the contacts within the scope of any deviations or inconsistencies of the management control and costs indicators.
Draw up, comment and distribute the management control documents, tables, statements and reports. Control the closing entries
Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling Vietnamese certificate for Accountant
At least 5 years experience in Financial Controlling in Industrial and International company.
Ideally experience in setting up of factories and processes
