Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ph Quc for a Cost Control Supervisor. The Cost Control Supervisor will oversee and manage cost control processes, including monitoring expenses, budgeting, and optimizing operational costs. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing costs, recommending cost-saving measures, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Collaboration with other departments to improve cost-efficiency will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management skills
• Experience in financial reporting and preparation of cost optimization strategies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with different departments
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
