Job Description
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
- Perform regular stock reconciliations and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with terminals and procurement teams for stock recording on time.
Costing & Financial Analysis
- Prepare product cost sheets and maintain standard costing systems.
- Check material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to inventory and costing.
Operations Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Prepare operational data as required by Accounting Manager
- Develop related report in ERP system
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2-5 years of experience of inventory management, costing and operation reporting
- Strong knowledge of ERP system
- Good at MS Office, especially in Excel
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Good Communication and coordination skills
