[JOB OVERVIEW]

We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Marketer with 2-3 years of experience in the marketing field to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members and clients to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive results. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various marketing channels, manage client accounts, and work on exciting campaigns that deliver impactful results.

[KEY RESOPONSIBILITIES]

1. Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, livestream, etc).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop campaign assets and ensure consistent brand messaging.

2. Client Account Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and open communication to understand and meet their needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, provide regular updates, and assist in managing client expectations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all client projects and deliverables.

3. Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and edit engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Support the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports by gathering data and providing insights.

5. Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media channels for clients, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring activity.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and measure the success of campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and recommend improvements based on findings.

7. Event Coordination:

  • Support event planning and execution, such as virtual events, product launches, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for events.

[KEY QUALIFICATIONS]

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role

3. Skills

  • Basic English communication skills are required for effective workplace interactions and understanding work-related instructions.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO).
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for achieving high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
