Corporate Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

• Supply Chain Planning: Develop and oversee supply chain plans for Asia and Europe, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage three direct reports – Asia Customer Planner (Vietnam), BMER Customer Planner (Spain), and Logistics Coordinator (Vietnam).
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain teams in Morocco, China, Korea, and India to harmonize processes and optimize performance.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor planning accuracy, delivery schedules, and logistics efficiency.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing plants (automotive components or electronics).
• Strong English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
• Proven experience in multinational corporate environments.
