Develop and execute integrated PR & Marketing strategies to position Betrimex as the most recognized and preferred Vietnamese coconut brand globally, affirming its role as an innovation hub in the coconut industry
Proactively build and promote Betrimex's image as a pioneer in ESG, organic sourcing, green production, circular economy, and zero-waste products
Collaborate with the R&D Center to communicate new technological solutions and breakthrough products, driving innovation in the coconut value chain.
Develop crisis management processes to protect the brand's reputation in both domestic and international markets.
Implement community communication programs, connecting farmers, partners, and customers to spread sustainable values and social responsibility.
Set up KPIs, regular reporting, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure ROI and sustainable growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in Marketing/PR, preferably in international FMCG, organic food, or companies with strong ESG strategies
Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills to achieve common goals.
Strategic & Creative Thinking: Strategic market analysis, long-term planning, and innovative solution development
Communication & Negotiation:Excellent persuasion, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with partners, customers, media, and stakeholders
In-depth Knowledge: Proficient in modern communication channels, digital marketing trends, and effective brand building.
Fluent in English; candidates with international working experience are preferred.
Experience in international communication campaigns, global branding, or working in companies with ESG, LEED, Organic, or Fairtrade certifications
