Job Description

Key Accountability

Corporate Planning

  • Support with annual business plan setting cycle, ensure alignment with Head Office and top management directions
  • Define Company KPI and support Department head KPIs setting and conduct regular appraisals
  • Facilitate monthly top management meeting, driving effective decision-making processes

Management reporting & analysis

  • Prepare management reports on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis, including:
  • Track and monitor progress of company strategy and business plan execution, including KPI performance at company and department levels
  • Conduct half-year re-forecasting of the business plan
  • Support with frequent market intelligence report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Mathematics is required
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in related role
  • Experience in financial reporting and proven track record to deal with large dataset and write comprehensive reports
  • Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Fluent in English and Microsoft Office. Insurance experience is an advantage but not a must
