About the Role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in developing and driving strategic partnerships with corporations, chambers of commerce, embassies, relocation firms, NGOs and education agents to boost enrolments, brand awareness, and community engagement particularly targeting expatriate and local families seeking premium international school environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Strategy & Development
- Conduct market research and identify potential partners across industries (corporates, relocation agencies, embassies, chambers of commerce, NGOs, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic B2B admissions plans aligned with enrollment goals and school positioning.
- Lead collaborative proposal development, presentations and agreement negotiations
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, conversion, and enrollment
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective partners and organizations at multiple levels
- Act as the contact point for prospective partners, ensuring consistent and supportive communication.
- Conduct information sessions, seminars, school tours and orientation events
- Provide a seamless handover to the pastoral and academic teams after post-enrolment.
Events & Representation
- Represent the school at corporate networking events, education fairs, and conferences.
- Coordinate and deliver high-impact admissions and promotional events, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Stay informed on market trends in international education and community needs
Lead Generation & Enrolment Growth
- Drive qualified lead generation through partnerships and convert to admissions
- Set and monitor B2B enrolment and revenue targets, with a strong focus on driving growth and surpassing targets
Admissions Operations
- Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional, and informative manner.
- Build relationships with prospective families, guiding them through each stage of the process.
- Coordinate school visits, tours, trial classes, assessments, and interview schedules.
- Monitor and report on application and enrollment trends, recommending actions as needed.
- ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to achieve admissions goals.
Data and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tracking partnerships, pipeline, lead funnels and enrollments using the school's CRM system.
- Generate and analyze CRM-based reports on KPIs, such as new partner sign-ups, pipeline performance, lead conversion rates, enrolments and revenue.
- Use data insights from the CRM to inform strategic decision-making and optimize admissions workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, regular updates, and all data collection and usage complied with data protection regulations and school policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on admissions trends, progress against targets, and forecasted B2B enrollments to school leadership.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the annual budget for corporate partnership developments and programs
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness across admissions activities and events.
- Provide accurate, timely financial reporting related to admissions operations and support budget planning with relevant data.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnership experience; preferably in educational consultancy or international school sectors.
- Proven success in corporate partnership, high-value negotiations, and enrolment targets management.
- Experience in managing senior and multi-stakeholder accounts (C-Suite Executives, HR, Embassies, consultancy agents, etc.)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and deal closing skills
