Be accountable for building a strong and consistent brand presence of Masan Group through end-to-end strategy development and implementation.
Be corporate brand steward and ensure corporate brand consistency and promotion across Group and subsidiaries brands.
Responsibility:
Develop and execute the corporate brand strategy to effectively promote the company's vision, mission, values, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
Lead the development and implementation of brand-building initiatives, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Actively participate in planning, creation, and distribution of communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, annual reports, and presentations to ensure the brand consistency.
Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, HR, and senior leadership, to align communication efforts with overall business objectives.
Assist as needed with logo store, awards, and corporate website.
Assist line manager in coordinating and facilitating all activities related to ESG (including CSR) at Group and BU.
Assist line manager in managing enterprise awards strategy and insights.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Skills required:
Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate communication, brand building, and reputation management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong business acumen to be able articulate from business goals into corporate branding implication
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders(where required)
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize andb manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
