Job description

The Job holder plays a role to support application/system, focusing on Core system for daily operation. Candidate is responsible for analyzing the business requirements, understanding IT systems/applications and communicating with internal/external stakeholder to ensure the smooth application/system operation. The job holder also ensures that the application/system issues can be solved on time.

  • In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements for the IT Lending Core systems
  • Ensure proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements
  • Work cohesively with the application vendor's application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process.
  • Providing system/application support for end user and know-how supports to internal teams.
  • Managing and leveraging between end user's expectation and the base lined business requirements
  • Supporting User Acceptance Test for the project sign off.
  • Project-management to implement of Lending Core system enhancement.
  • Work with external vendor to follow up core system issues/enhancement.
  • Configure the core system business rules for setup new products in core.
  • Develop Core system APIs and other customization to fit to business needs.
  • Support Core system operation (co-work with ICT operation team and ICT development team)
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager, division head.

Job requirements

1. Qualification

  • University Degree majored in Information Technology

2. Work Experience

  • Minimum 05 years working experience in Software development and Application support.
  • Have experience on business analysis and system analysis.
  • Have experience on core banking, core securities or core lending system.
  • Have experience in project management for projects related to core system/product development
  • Have working experience in Finance/Banking/Insurance/Securities is a plus.

3. Knowledge

  • Providing system/application support for end user and know-how supports to internal teams.
  • Work with external vendor to follow up core system issues/enhancement.
  • Experience on both Java, PL/SQL development
  • Good experience on API development and system integration.
  • Have knowledge on ITIL framework and process
