I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Creative Writing:
- Develop ideas and write engaging copy for advertisements, slogans, brand messaging, blog posts, product descriptions, video scripts, and social media content.
- Create content for online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, etc.) and offline campaigns (print ads, brochures, posters, etc.).
2.Client Creative Consultation:
- Participate in client meetings to understand their strategic goals and key messaging needs.
- Offer creative ideas for campaigns and assist clients in building content strategies that align with their brand objectives.
3.Content Editing and Optimization:
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone of voice and meets the client's requirements.
- Revise and adjust content as per client feedback, ensuring that the final product is fresh, effective, and on-brand.
4.Platform-Specific Content Creation:
- Write compelling content tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and optimize content for websites, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
5.Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market and audience research to create relevant, engaging content that resonates with target groups and drives conversions.
6.Execution and Defense of Creative Ideas:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring originality and practicality in every piece of content.
- Collaborate with the creative team in editing and refining copy to meet the highest standards of quality.
II.REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 2 years of experience as a Copyriter in a Marketing/Digital/Communications Agency, Advertising Company.
- Proven experience working on diverse marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent writing skills with a creative flair, ability to convey messages clearly and engagingly.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and market trends.
- Good teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
- Highly creative, self-driven, and independent thinker.
- Strong sense of responsibility and always looking for ways to improve the quality of content.

- Salary: 12,000,000 Gross 14,000,000 Gross
