The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Chinese Speaking Coordinator to support our team in managing communications, operations, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both
Mandarin Chinese and English, and able to bridge cultural and language gaps while coordinating projects, schedules, and client interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Translate and interpret business communications between Chinese and English (emails, calls, meetings, and documents).
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
- Support project management tasks, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliverables.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation in both English and Chinese.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and escalate issues to relevant departments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.
Ideal Profile
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or project support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
