This is a temp role for a 12month contractor
The Sales Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth order processing, effective customer coordination, and timely reporting. The Sales Administrator acts as a key link between customers, internal departments, and the commercial team to support overall business performance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Reporting & Data Management
Update weekly sales performance and maintain accurate sales figures.
Prepare monthly sales forecast reports for management review.
Prepare and present salesrelated reports as required.
Maintain and update customer and prospect databases with accurate and timely information.
Order Processing & Documentation
Receive, process, and follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
Track and manage document flow between MH and customers, including contracts, quotations, POs, debts, rebate annexes, and delivery notes.
Prepare internal documents such as proposals, order request forms, delivery notes, promotion tracking forms, seminar materials, vendor code creation/activation, and sample testing requests.
Customer & Internal Coordination
Collect and forward customer feedback to the Customer Service team.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to track goods status and ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on bidding activities when required.
Administrative & Event Support
Assist with marketing activities, such as preparing promotional materials and tracking campaigns.
Coordinate meetings, seminars, and internal events, including preparation and logistics.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
Arrange hotel reservations and airticket bookings for Business Unit colleagues.
Perform adhoc tasks to support the sales team and business operations.
