Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall site operations covering Engineering, Cleaning and Security Services.
• Act as the key contact for clients and ensure service delivery meets SLA/KPI and contractual requirements.
• Lead onsite teams and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Oversee Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance and HSE compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, CAPEX planning and cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor overall contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Operations Management.
• Experience managing multi-service operations, particularly Engineering and Soft Services, is preferred.
• Strong people management, client management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English communication skills.
