Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD environments based on project requirements.
Optimize CI/CD workflows and configuration management to standardize operations and improve pipeline automation.
Continuously improve existing CI/CD systems and pipelines to better support project delivery.
Design and implement CI pipelines according to project plans, and manage software build and release processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues; provide regular pipeline status reports.
Integrate and maintain new DevOps tools, such as code scanning and automated testing tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
Familiar with build tools including Gradle, Maven, and Makefile.
Proficient in scripting with at least one of the following: Shell, Python, or Batch.
Good understanding of the DevOps toolchain, including Jira, Git, Gerrit, GitLab, Docker, and configuration management tools; experience in tool customization is a plus.
Solid experience working in Linux environments, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot service issues.
Fluent spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive electronics industry is a strong advantage.
Experience working in multinational or overseas companies is preferred.
