Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the plant using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Identify and drive projects to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize cost
  • Manage and coach CI projects, ensuring delivery of KPIs and financial targets
  • Act as a change agent to build a CI culture across functions
  • Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives, supporting Industry 4.0 roadmap
  • Develop data-driven decision making (e.g. dashboards, Power BI)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years in manufacturing environment (preferably high-tech / automated production)
  • 3+ years in leadership role
  • Strong experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
  • Exposure to digitalisation, automation or data analytics (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication
