Continuous improvement Engineer, Nefab APAC
Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our operations organization is vital for us to deliver cost-effective packaging solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a CI Engineer to join our team and drive lean transformation and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites in the APAC region.
As a CI Engineer you will be responsible for supporting and enabling site leadership and teams through lean leadership development, lean training, change management, and the facilitation of improvement initiatives like VSMs and Kaizen events across APAC countries.
In this position you will be employed by Nefab Vietnam, but you will work across APAC organizations, coordinated by CI manager and report to the Head of Operations in the region.
Your profile
- 5+ years hands-on experience implementing lean (preferably in manufacturing environments).
- Proven ability to walk the talk and achieve desired result
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in English is a must.
- Willingness to travel regionally to support multiple sites.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or related field.
- Experience in facilitating training, workshops, and Kaizen events.
- Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies.
- Proven change management and coaching abilities.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, business management or related field.
