Responsibilities



  • Support managers and maintenance teams in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors, and mindset to drive effectiveness
  • Contribute to analysis with a strong shop-floor-first mindset, engaging Technicians, Operators, and Team Coordinators
  • Assist in setting up and delivering effective LCI training sessions on the shop floor
  • Monitor, support, and actively participate in implementing shop-floor activities such as GLS, PDCA, and daily improvement initiatives
  • Participate in other LCI improvement projects within the assigned area.
  • Complete other tasks assign by People leader

Reporting to the LCI ( LEGO Continuous Improvement ) Director, this position's responsibility is to support experienced LCI colleagues with the coaching of managers and specialists in implementing LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.

Focus will furthermore be to drive LCI implementation locally as well as drive improvement activities.

In this role, collaboration with colleagues within the LCI community is key to success to ensure alignment in everything we do. The position will train, develop, support, implement and continuously use global standards as well as give feedback on improvements to local tool owners focusing on shop floor levels such as TC, Technician, Operators.

Do you have it takes



  • Graduated in industrial management or similar will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, working closely with Lean, OPEX, CI, or TPM deployment
  • Hands-on experience in Lean and Daily Management System deployment phases within a manufacturing setting is an advantage
  • Proven experience in delivering training and coaching for Technicians and Operators in factory is an advantage
  • Strong ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues from and out of the team
  • Solid training skill in terms of planning, training and facilitator the program
  • Embrace and live the LEGO values and consciously act as a role model for a collaborative behavior
  • Disciplined and forward thinking
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Possible travel
  • Good English is advantage
