Lead content direction and concept development for Influencer Marketing campaigns
Work closely with the Account team to interpret client briefs, define campaign objectives, and propose suitable content approaches for different influencer tiers
Analyze consumer insights and social trends (especially TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to develop engaging and performance-driven content
Collaborate directly with KOLs/Influencers/Content Creators to co-create ideas, formats, and ensure alignment with brand messaging
Develop content deliverables including post copy, video scripts, and content guidelines for influencers
Oversee content production process and ensure quality control across all deliverables (message consistency, format, brand voice, performance expectation)
Act as a key coordinator between clients, influencers, and internal teams (creative, design, media) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Proactively suggest new content formats, trends, and creative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness
Manage and mentor junior content members or freelancers, ensuring team productivity and output quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Minimum 35 years of experience in Content, Influencer Marketing, or Agency environments
Hands-on experience working with KOLs/Influencers/TikTok creators
Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing workflow (briefing matching content development performance tracking)
Excellent content development skills (social content, video scripting, content direction)
Strong sense of consumer insight and social media trends
Good project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Prior experience in team management or mentoring is a plus
