What you will do:
Content Strategy Adaptation & Execution:
- Market trending content research & roadmap management: mining diverse market's new contents along with Zalo Video mission and guidelines, foresee ahead of industry trends and explore new initiatives.
- Develop Content plan by phases (scale from Zalo Video's Content Direction to content pillars & execution plans).
- Define user target segments and the value proposition for each content pillars & user interest.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to utilize resources in order to optimize content distribution method.
- Deep-dive analyzing related content data.
Content Operations Quality:
- Design content programmings including thematic/vertical-based series and market interest series.
- Follow up & input Operations workflow in order to qualified outcomes.
- Manage & level up team members skillset.
What you will need
- :Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in Content Operations, Digital Marketing
- .Experience in tech platforms, especially on video platforms is a plus; • Strong analytical skills and data driven
- .Quick adaptation & proactive skillset with strong communication skills & well manage stakeholders
- .Strong creative thinking, and the ability to quickly capture content viral trends
- .Experience in leading team members
