Position Summary
As a Content Strategist at Asian Hustle Network (AHN), you will plan and execute purposeful, goal-driven content across AHN's platforms and client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who understands that strong content starts with strategyclear objectives, audience insight, and thoughtful storytellingnot volume or trends alone.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to create content that supports community growth, brand consistency, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with AHN's mission, brand voice, and business goals
- Translate campaign objectives into clear content plans, themes, and story angles
- Create and manage content calendars across social media, newsletters, blog, podcast, and other channels
- Write, edit, and oversee high-quality content including captions, articles, interviews, scripts, and campaign assets
- Conduct topic and audience research to ensure content is intentional, relevant, and goal-oriented
- Work with AHN's existing clients and partners on their content marketing and social media needs, including content planning and ideation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align content with initiatives, programs, and launches
- Oversee and review work from the marketing team across videos, graphics, copywriting, and other content assets, providing strategic guidance and feedback to ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards, and intended outcomes
- Monitor content performance and community feedback to refine strategy and improve engagement
- Ensure all content reflects AHN's brand standards, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive storytelling
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role
- Strong writing and editing skills across digital platforms
- Ability to think strategically about content goals and executionnot just creation
- Experience supporting or managing content for brands, communities, or clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable using analytics and insights to inform content decisions
- Familiarity with AAPI/AANHPI communities or culturally driven brands is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
