Job Description

• Write and optimize TikTok video scripts to enhance localized expression and content performance.
• Review influencer video content, track performance data, and provide actionable optimization suggestions.
• Perform Vietnamese translation for content scripts, partnership contracts, and daily communications.
• Assist in liaising with local Vietnamese influencers and MCN agencies, supporting execution of local market activities and related operations.

Requirements

• Vietnamese nationality with excellent Chinese proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for accurate and efficient communication.
• Familiarity with the local Vietnamese market; experience in TikTok content creation or operations is a plus.
• Strong content insight and data awareness, able to analyze performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively liaising with local influencers, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams.
