Content Specialist - (Beauty)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, PR, and e-magazines.
• Execute monthly content plans and collaborate with media/design teams.
• Propose creative ideas to grow social media channels.
• Develop POSM, trade marketing, event, and product launch content.
• Work with cross-functional teams (BD, Ops, Product) to align content with customer insights.
• Support new service/content development based on customer analytics.
• Assist in other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Marketing, Communications, Journalism preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or creative writing.
• Strong writing and editing skills (social, PR, e-magazine).
• Ability to produce multimedia content (articles, videos, visuals).
• Basic knowledge of media production (filming/shooting).
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
