Working hour:

  • Operating hours: Monday through Sunday.
  • Work 40 hours per week (5 shifts/week).
  • Availability on weekends, holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos)
  • Ensure content complies with community guidelines
  • Remove or escalate inappropriate or harmful content
  • Handle user reports and support content safety operations
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve moderation quality

Qualifications

  • Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field
  • Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (is an advantage)
  • Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive contents
  • English proficiency is good. and a valid JLPT N2 certificate or above (highly recommended for within 2 years) is required.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to start immediately is an advantage
