Develope and implement content in-app campaigns that cater to the preference and cultural nuances of our Vietnamese audiences while aligning with Zalo Video's mission and guidelines;
Ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience by monitoring content performance and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvements;
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns, content distribution n activations in both in-app and social out-reach;
Ultilize data-driven insights to refine content planning and enhance user experience and platform success;
Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new initiatives, special pushes to continually enhance the platform's content offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree or above 3+ years of experience or above in social media - content operations roles;
Experience in campaign development from A to Z;
Strong analytical skills and data driven.
Preffered Qualification:
Exposure in tech & media industry or other platforms is advantageous;
Strong sense of trending content in local market;
Good communications and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities, quick adaptation & proactive skillset.
