You will be part oflaimi'sContent Operations team, supporting the day-to-day work of keeping tour products on our platform clear,accurate, and ready for customers to book.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will follow clear SOPs, checklists, and internal tools to help upload, review, andmaintainproduct content.

Your focus is to execute tasks carefully, follow guidelines, and flag any unclear or incorrect information to the team for review.

Responsibilities

Youwill rotate across different content operation tasks, including:

• Upload products from suppliers using internal tools and templates
• Apply content, SEO, and QA checklists to ensure basic accuracy and consistency
• Localize product content into required languages following given guidelines
• Fix unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent information based on feedback
• Follow backend SOPs to support smooth, error-free uploads
• Flag issues, edge cases, or missing details to the Content Ops Lead for support

Requirements

This role is a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable following clear, structured instructions
• Can work carefully with repetitive tasks and routine processes
• Are open to learningdifferent partsof content operations over time
• Pay attention to details and feel comfortable flagging issues or questions
• Prefer clear expectations and defined tasks over ambiguous responsibilities
• Are interested in learning how AI tools and basic SEO are used in content operations
• Have multilingual skills, which is a plus
