We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Manager / Leader to oversee our multi-platform content ecosystem across SEO-driven websites and social media channels. This role is responsible for developing scalable content strategies, leading the content team, and ensuring all content assets support organic growth, brand authority, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy across SEO websites and social platforms.
- Plan and manage multi-platform content distribution to maximize reach and organic traffic.
- Align content initiatives with SEO goals, brand positioning, and audience needs.
- Identify content opportunities based on search trends, keyword research, and market insights.
2. Content Production & Quality Control
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including articles, social posts, scripts, and multimedia content.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices, brand voice, and editorial standards.
- Guide storytelling and creative direction to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with design and video teams on video scripting and multimedia content development.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the content team (writers, editors, and social content creators).
- Provide training and feedback to continuously improve team performance.
- Establish efficient content workflows and production systems.
4. Project & Performance Management
- Manage multiple content projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO and analytics tools.
- Optimize strategies based on traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion data.
5. Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate potential content risks, including quality, compliance, and reputation issues.
- Maintain consistent editorial standards across all content platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, at least 2+ years in lead/managing role SEO content, or digital media.
- Proven experience managing content teams and large-scale content production.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search intent, and content performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
