Content Growth Operations Specialist (Vietnam Region)

Responsibilities:

1.Leverage insights into local hotspots and content preferences in Vietnam to align with the team on content direction and sourcing strategies, driving the growth of high-quality creators and content;

2.Lead creator recruitment and relationship management in the Vietnam market — through content mining, campaigns, and content amplification, guide creators in the right direction to increase the supply and distribution of quality content;

3.Own community topic operations: identify and amplify high-potential topic leads, effectively increasing the share of local trends, hot topics, and events in-platform;

Monitor competitor movements in the market and continuously optimize operational strategies.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in video content, creator, or campaign operations preferred;

2.Fluent in English or Chinese, with strong communication skills;

3.Deep understanding of UGC video and film/TV verticals, plus relevant local resources;

4.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
