Role Purpose
Responsible for distributing, optimizing, and scaling short-form video and livestream content across social commerce platforms, ensuring content achieves target reach, conversion, and GMV in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute content across TikTok, Shopee Video, livestreams, and affiliate channels
- Monitor and optimize hook rate, watch time, CTR, CVR, and GMV per content
- Collaborate with Content Strategists and Production teams to develop performance-driven content formats
- Manage and allocate ad spend to scale winning content
- Report insights and propose content optimization and scaling strategies
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in performance marketing or content distribution
- Strong understanding of short-form video and livestream commerce algorithms
- Proficient in data analysis and dashboard interpretation
- Prior experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or livestream commerce is a plus
