Job Description:
- Take responsibility for content creation (including performance content and branding content) across online and offline channels.
- Manage marketing creative content from A to Z: concept development, content planning, and market deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and content creators.
- Organize writing schedules to complete content drafts or final projects within deadlines
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase web traffic
- Produce well-researched content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create engaging and visually appealing articles.
- Stay up to date with social trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of excellent writing, demonstrated through a portfolio (experience in F&B is a strong plus).
- Creative mindset with expertise in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Positive, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly writing and productivity tools such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
