Content Creator Management Intern (MCN Intern)

UpBase MCN specializes in managing, developing, and operating Creators/KOCs/KOLs on the TikTok and Shopee platform, connecting Creators with Brands through livestream campaigns, short-form videos, and affiliate programs.

As a Content Creator Management Intern, you will be directly involved in the daily operations and growth of Creators. Your role includes supporting livestream organization and coordination, tracking content performance, collaborating on content concepts tailored to each Creator and campaign objectives.

You will gain hands-on exposure to how an MCN manages Creators at scale, learn how to analyze data to optimize content performance, work with multiple Creators, and understand how Creators, platforms, and Brands connect to drive sustainable business results.

You will be trained and supported to perform the following tasks:

• Organize and coordinate Creator livestream sessions at the company's studio or provide remote support for Creators.
• Analyze Creator video and livestream performance data to support growth and optimization decisions.
• Support and guide content direction for Creators operating on TikTok.
• Assist in content creation and content review for UpBase clients before publishing on TikTok.
• Update and communicate TikTok platform announcements and programs to Creators (when applicable).
• Handle information and support consultation requests related to KOC/KOL campaigns, connecting Brands with suitable Creators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Creators to foster long-term collaboration with UpBase MCN.
• Perform other assigned tasks as requested by the team leader.

• Final-year students who have completed academic coursework in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields and are available to work full-time.
• Strong interest in self-development and career growth within the e-commerce industry.

• High sense of responsibility and ownership in work.

• Internship allowance: 3,000,000 5,000,000 VND/month
• Official employee offer: 8,000,000 20,000,000 VND/month
• (Base salary + KPI bonus + operational bonus + performance bonus + commission %)
