Who we are:

We run multiple media brands creating podcasts, family content, and short form social media. We produce a high volume of reels and short videos every week. We move fast, experiment often, and care about consistent output over perfection.

What you'll do:

• Edit short form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
• Cut clips from long form podcasts and raw footage
• Follow simple editing templates and styles
• Add captions, basic text, light effects when needed
• Prepare finished videos for posting
• Post content to social platforms with provided captions
• Keep files organized and track what's published

Tools we use:

CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Descript, Canva

What we're looking for:

• Can edit clean, engaging short form videos
• Comfortable learning new tools and workflows
• Reliable, shows up, meets deadlines
• Open to feedback and iteration
• Basic understanding of social media formats

Bonus but not required:

• Motion graphics
• Photography or filming experience

What matters most:

Consistency, willingness to learn, and taking ownership of output. Skill can grow. Reliability is key.
