CONTENT CREATOR

Position Summary: The Content Creator is responsible for leading visual and textual strategies, ensuring brand messages are delivered consistently and impactfully across the group's digital channels and B2B campaigns.

Job Description:

• Ideation: Continuously research market trends to propose creative content themes aligned with brand identity for TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Scripting: Develop professional literary scripts and detailed storyboards for corporate films, operational processes, and viral content.

• Content Management: Directly upload, manage engagement, and track performance metrics across all social platforms.

• On-site Support: Collaborate with the Cameraman to direct talent and ensure shots align perfectly with the script.

Requirements:

• Ability to identify trends rapidly and translate them into brand messages.

• Marketing mindset focused on conversion and audience growth.

• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple production projects simultaneously.

Software & Tools:

• Planning: Notion, Trello, ChatGPT/Gemini (Prompt Engineering).

• Visuals: Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut (for quick demo edits).

• Analytics: TikTok Creative Center, Facebook Business Suite, YouTube Analytics.

Salary: NEGOTIATE (MINIMUM 15.000.000 GROSS)
