Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Consumer Experience Intern, you will support the Consumer Experience team in the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign management, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and marketing operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This internship offers a structured learning experience, providing exposure to end-to-end campaign management, media planning, stakeholder collaboration, and marketing operations. Interns will receive on-the-job coaching and mentorship while contributing to real business projects and brand campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION SUPPORT (50%)

  • Support the team in tracking campaign timelines and following up with internal and external stakeholders on key deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating campaign assets, briefs, and approvals to ensure timely execution.
  • Help review agency deliverables against campaign requirements and provide feedback for manager review.
  • Monitor campaign performance and consolidate reports from various channels and partners.
  • Support campaign governance by checking compliance with approved plans, brand guidelines, and execution standards.
  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and campaign trackers for stakeholder alignment.

PROCESS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (50%)

  • Assist in tracking campaign budgets and ensuring supporting documents are properly maintained.
  • Support reconciliation of figures and data across different workstreams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies on campaign-related documentation and administrative processes.
  • Organize campaign files, reports, and learning materials for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Can join a 6-month full-time internship, starting from July 2026
  • Strong interest in marketing, advertising, and integrated communications.
  • Basic understanding of tradition & digital marketing and social media platforms; familiarity with media channels is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) is a plus.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency in campaign planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to take on challenges.
