We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Consumer Administrator to join our Consumer business operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support our commercial team in managing sales & marketing payment applications, reporting and documentations and supporting the business partner performance tracking. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and working collaboratively across different departments and with HQ. You will report directly to the Consumer Administrator Manager and Country Product Manager.

What are you expected to do
- Commercial payment application & follow up: Ensure the payment documents are processed correctly, submit the payment applications in the system, coordinate with HQ on application status and ensure timely payment processing in accordance with company requirements and guideline
- Sales reporting and documentations: check & submit monthly commercial reports and business partners inventory, prepare weekly business results reports.
- Business partner performance tracking: calculate performance hit rates and rebates eligibility based on business partners targets.
- Marketing Program Administration: Submit and track marketing-related payment requests and reimbursement documentation. Ensure all marketing funding and claims are submitted accurately and within required deadlines
- Other tasks assigned by managers
We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related majors.
- 2–3-years of experience in Sales administration
- Be careful, be accountable for quality and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
- Be diligent, honest, and proactive.
- Excellent numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and business reporting tools.
- An intermediate command of English.
