Job Description

Consult, answer questions and complaints of customers by phone;
Convince customers to use the company's services;
Maintain relationships with customers, support customers regularly;
Support other departments with issues related to customers;
Participate in building, deploying, developing social channels to develop products to serve customers;
Report of customer complaints and follow up of remedies;
Weekly/monthly customer report to direct manager

Job Requirements

Graduated with a degree in business, foreign language or law;
Experience in consulting position, customer care is an advantage;
Good communication skills;
Ability to negotiate and convince customers;
Honest, enthusiastic and high responsibility in work;
Flexible thinking, hardworking, able to work under high pressure;
Proficient in office computer, Internet ...;
Good voice and appearance;
Proactive, fast learner, result-driven, focus on individual and career development;
English: TOEIC 550 or equivalent.
