The Project
This is a complex, large scale cultural theater project that includes a themed, cultural and arts park working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Ensure contractors follow approved Quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and relevant standards.
- Verify all suppliers/subcontractors meet pre qualification and compliance requirements.
- Perform daily inspections of site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards, including reviewing and approving contractor inspection requests.
- Provide Quality Assurance reporting to strengthen quality capability across assigned suppliers.
- Maintain a complete and organized Quality Assurance/Quality Control records system, identify and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), prepare daily and weekly quality reports, including non-conformance trends and site observations.
You'll Need To Have
- Three years experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of management systems, industry standards, ISO9001 and digital quality tools.
- Skilled in report writing, communication and stakeholder influence.
- Relevant vocational or technical qualification with experience in quality assurance roles and proficiency in core IT systems.
- Bi-Lingual - English/Vietnamese
