The Project
This is a complex, large scale cultural theater project that includes a themed, cultural and arts park working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade contractors to drive coordinated project outcomes.
- Shape tendering and procurement strategies, supporting commercial teams across the project lifecycle.
- Direct design, programme and commissioning reviews to ensure compliance, performance and carbon aware solutions.
- Manage risk, monitor progress and drive continuous improvement through effective leadership and digital insights.
You'll Need To Have
- Three years experience in MEPF coordination, site supervision.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, planning processes, critical path, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, structural/facade/fit-out disciplines, programmes, critical paths and commissioning basics.
- Proven onsite experience managing work packages end-to-end, with solid knowledge of HSW standards and digital tools.
- Effective communicator who champions high standards, innovation and improved working practices.
- Bi-Lingual - English/Vietnamese.
