Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Specialist role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specializing in Retail store rollout and fit-out execution. The role drives project coordination across design, vendors, procurement, logistics, and site activities to ensure timely delivery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads tactical execution across design coordination and vendor management
- Project coordination, driving procurement tasks, ordering, shipping and receiving, tracking and reporting
- project progress weekly, and assisting with post-project review.
- Able to read and work on AutoCAD symbol placement construction drawings would be preferable
- Track fixtures orders and work with Logistics to coordinate deliveries and ensure fixtures are received
- Coordinate with Regional ID team and Logistics teams for deployment and commissioning of equipment on
- site
- Support Acc & Project Manager on reviewing contracts and prepare Project Timeline.
- Collaborate with other related departments to solve Landlord's inquiries/ complaints/ problems (if any)
- Follow up closely with Appointed Contractor on site to ensure the fit-out completion be on time and match
- with approved layout
- Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and assigned reports.
- Survey competitors & market to gain awareness of market trends & brands and propose potential location
- for store opening and sales event.
- Documentations following and tracking including commercial contracts, memorandum and other related
- documents assigned by Management
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling project management in retail field or shopping centers.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Knowledge of leasing contracts and relevant commercial T&E.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD and design (prefer)
- Skills of negotiation, coordination, problem solving
- Attentive to details, with an emphasis on strong time management skills
- Strong project management and organizational change management skills

Location: Saigon Trade Tower, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
Working hours: Mon - Fri | 9AM - 6PM, 1 hour break
