Construction Manager, Ho Chi Minh

The Project
This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the safe delivery of construction works, upholding Mace's safety first culture, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage key packages or areas, ensuring safe methods of work, programme certainty and high quality outcomes.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, supporting the construction lead in translating project vision into delivery.
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and Mace values across the team.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to develop team capability.
- Support strategic improvements, driving innovation, sustainability and long term project success.
You'll Need To Have
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programmes, digital platforms and key structural, faade, fitout and basic MEP principles.
- Proven experience managing packages endtoend onsite, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with Mace standards.
- Recognized construction training, with SMSTS/CSCS certification and progress toward professional accreditation.
- Clear communicator who drives high standards, adopts innovation and supports continuous improvement across delivery teams.
