About this job

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead project execution, ensuring construction progress, quality, safety and cost control in accordance with approved designs and technical standards.

This role will be responsible for coordinating contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality & safety standards
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and authorities to drive project progress
• Monitor construction schedule, quality control and site safety compliance
• Identify risks and resolve technical issues arising during construction
• Review and validate technical documents, drawings and completed work volume for payment
• Ensure alignment between architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Supervise inspection and handover processes to ensure compliance with project standards
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, quality and safety performance
• Support senior project leadership in overall project management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager / Project Manager
• Experience managing large-scale industrial/commercial / factory projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction execution, quality control, and safety management
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage contractors effectively
• PMP certification is an advantage
